Llevamos unos d\u00edas dedic\u00e1ndole mucha atenci\u00f3n a los tablets<\/a> y las implicaciones que tiene su creciente popularidad en la navegaci\u00f3n y el consumo en Internet, pero acabamos de descubrir que su uso tambi\u00e9n puede causar dolor.<\/p>\n

Investigadores de la Escuela de Salud P\u00fablica de Harvard estudiaron el uso de dos tablets, el iPad2 y el Motorola Xoom, por un grupo de experimentados voluntarios menores de 40 a\u00f1os y descubrieron que puede causar dolores en el cuello y en los hombros.<\/p>\n

Para evitarlos recomiendan no poner el tablet sobre el regazo sino sobre una mesa, cambiar de postura cada quince minutos y usar fundas con soporte.<\/p>\n

En el futuro estudiar\u00e1n las consecuencias del uso de los tablets en los brazos y mu\u00f1ecas.<\/p>\n
