Ese conocimiento le permite a Eusebio ofrecer a cada cliente lo que necesita, incluso antes de que el propio cliente sepa que lo necesita.<\/p>\n<p>Eso es CRM, dec\u00edamos.<\/p>\n<p>Y eso est\u00e1 en la mentalidad de Eusebio, en su concepci\u00f3n del negocio.<\/p>\n<p>Eusebio no dispone de un software especializado para gestionar su relaci\u00f3n con los clientes. En realidad ni siquiera tiene ordenador.<\/p>\n<p>Pero tiene una mentalidad ganadora.<\/p>\n<p>Si Eusebio contara con un ordenador y software CRM, probablemente le ser\u00eda m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil gestionar su relaci\u00f3n con los clientes, pero jam\u00e1s reemplazar\u00eda a su mentalidad ganadora.<\/p>\n<p>Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 pasar\u00eda si los competidores de Eusebio decidieran comprar un ordenador y software CRM? \u00bfConseguir\u00edan as\u00ed gestionar a su clientela con la misma eficacia que Eusebio?<\/p>\n<p>Habr\u00eda que verlo, pero dif\u00edcilmente sus herramientas inform\u00e1ticas les permitir\u00edan competir con la mentalidad de Eusebio.<\/p>\n<p>Porque las herramientas nos hacen la vida m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil, pero no tienen mentalidad ganadora.<\/p>\n<p>La mentalidad ganadora la tenemos que poner los humanos.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que, si est\u00e1s pensando en implantar software CRM en tu empresa, enhorabuena, pero recuerda que la mentalidad ganadora la tienes que poner t\u00fa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfD\u00f3nde est\u00e1 la clave para gestionar adecuadamente a nuestros clientes?
