Paso delante de varios kioscos de prensa, pero siempre compro en el mismo. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cuando empec\u00e9 a hacer este recorrido matinal fui probando uno a uno. Buenos d\u00edas, saludaba al llegar. Y en la mayor\u00eda ni siquiera me respond\u00edan. Simplemente esperaban a que tomara yo mismo mi peri\u00f3dico, les diera el dinero y se limitaban a darme el cambio sin apenas mirarme.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta que llegu\u00e9 a un kiosco en el que una se\u00f1ora me dio los buenos d\u00edas antes de que yo lo hiciera, me sonri\u00f3 y me dijo:<\/p>\n<p>-\u00bfQu\u00e9 necesita se\u00f1or?<\/p>\n<p>Y despu\u00e9s de atenderme gentilmente me despidi\u00f3 con un:<\/p>\n<p>-\u00a1Qu\u00e9 tenga usted un buen d\u00eda!<\/p>\n<p>Desde entonces siempre compro en el mismo kiosco.<\/p>\n<p>Somos muchos los consumidores que apreciamos la diferencia: ante el mismo producto, con igual precio, preferimos comprar a quien nos trata mejor. A mi amable proveedora de prensa le bast\u00f3 con un saludo y una sonrisa para ganar un cliente. No necesit\u00f3 invertir ni un c\u00e9ntimo m\u00e1s para obtener una ventaja competitiva.
